Youth Mental Health Crises are on the rise, with nearly 1 in 6 U.S. youth aged 6-17 experiencing a mental health condition each year, and only half of those receiving proper treatment.* This is why Rains ISD has partnered with Daybreak Health to offer FREE parent education webinars to our community.
